    A scenario is a regular command with any number of actions — it comes with the app, no subscription needed.         What can Luxify Assistant do?

        It listens to your microphone and runs commands: opens apps and websites, presses keys and clicks the mouse, manages windows, sound, music and the system, and replies by voice. Commands can be ready-made — from packs for popular services — or your own, with any number of actions, built in the editor.

        How do I create my own command?

        Open the “Command editor”, create a collection and a folder, then “Create a new command”. Add actions with the “Action” button, type the phrase that triggers the command and save. Step by step — in the documentation; to see what it looks like, open the program tour.

        Does it work in games?

        Yes. There are packs for Steam, Counter-Strike 2, Minecraft, Dota 2, Fortnite, PUBG and League of Legends (with Plus), and your own commands can press any keys in any game. A command in a game is a regular key press: no auto-fire and no anti-cheat bypass. If you changed the controls in a game, adjust the shortcut in the command. Games with strict anti-cheat may ignore simulated key presses.

        Which languages does it understand?

        Russian and English: the language is detected automatically or chosen in settings. The app’s interface is also in Russian and English, and packs install in either language or both at once.

        Is it heavy on my computer?

        No. Together with the voices and recognition models the app takes about 600 MB, and finding a command by phrase takes milliseconds even with all packs installed. No powerful graphics card needed.

        What microphone do I need?

        Any: a headset, a webcam microphone or the one built into your laptop. The device and sensitivity are set in “Settings → Voice input”. In a noisy room a headset works best.

        Do I have to say “Jarvis” every time?

        No. By default a command runs with or without the wake word. If you want the app to react only to the wake word, turn on “Prefix mode”. The wake word itself can be changed in settings.

        Do I need a key for Luxify AI?

        No. With Plus, Luxify AI works through Luxify AI Cloud — no key of your own and no VPN, with a monthly limit. If you like, connect your own key for one of the services — OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, YandexGPT, GigaChat, OpenRouter, ProxyAPI or AITUNNEL (requests are then billed by that service; a ChatGPT subscription won’t do) — or a local model (Ollama, LM Studio). Plus cloud voices and recognition need no key either: Luxify Voice and Luxify Recognition. Commands, packs, local speech recognition and character voices need no keys.

        Do I need a constant internet connection?

        No. Internet is needed for activation, the first download of voices and speech models, and Plus features. Commands and speech recognition work offline; Plus features work up to three days without a connection.

        How do I download Luxify Assistant?

        The download comes after the purchase: buy on the site, sign in to your account — the “Download” button and the Windows installer are there. The installer is about 90 MB; on first launch the app downloads the voices and speech models by itself (about 300 MB, internet needed), later updates arrive on their own.

        Is there a free version?

        There is no free version and no trial. The app is bought once and works forever on one computer; the Plus subscription is optional and can be turned off in your account. Prices are in the Pricing section.

        How is it different from Alexa, Cortana or Siri?

        Those assistants answer questions inside their own services. Luxify controls the computer itself: it opens apps, presses keys and mouse buttons, handles windows, sound and games. You define the commands yourself — for your apps and your wording.

        Can I have a voice assistant like Jarvis?

        Yes, that is what the app was built for. It replies in a character voice — Jarvis, Friday, EDITH, Karen, Ultron, Vision, GLaDOS, Mita or HRAZ — and the wake word can be changed to any word of your own in settings.

        How do I buy and download the app?

        Choose a plan and sign in — with Telegram or email, no password needed. After payment a page opens with a link to the installer; it is also always in your account, and if Telegram is linked, a confirmation arrives there.

        Do I need a subscription for the app to work?

        No. You buy the app once and it works without a subscription. Plus adds Luxify AI, all command packs, command chains, action recording and ready-made scenarios, CMD and PowerShell, plugins and cloud voices. If you don’t have the app yet, buying Plus adds it to the first payment.

        On how many computers can I install it?

        Buying the app gives you one computer. Two more can be added in your account — up to three per account. Plus works on all your computers at once.

        I changed my computer or reinstalled Windows. What now?

        Unbind the old computer in your account — no need to contact support. You can unbind once every 30 days. Reinstalling the app itself doesn’t take a new slot: the same computer is recognized.
